This 7 day meal plan for weight loss is the march edition. I intend to have a monthly 7 day plan especially targeted towards our group of about 3000 women who have come together in order to encourage, empower, inspire and be accountable to each other in our pursuit of a healthy weight.

Our first 7 day meal plan has been such a success, in fact I have lost about 15 kg in the past few months by following this meal plan.

As the saying goes, when you fail to plan, you have planned to fail. So true with weight loss. You must be a prepared with the right food before hunger even strikes. It is when you have no meal planned that you are most likely to eat junk.
The 7 Day Meal Plan for Weight Loss
The meal plan is a Low Carb, High Fat variety or a Ketogenic diet. I advise you plan and shop ahead of time. Where possible, cook and store in your freezer only to heat up before eating. I sincerely hope you enjoy the meals.
Note that if there is any meal you are not comfortable with, feel free to take up another days’ meal. In essence swap any breakfast, for another breakfast. Don’t exchange dinner for breakfast.
