February Tummy Tuck Challenge
The February tummy tuck challenge has come in response to most ladies in the weight loss mama group complaining about their mid-section.
It is my hope that we will be motivated and that the competitive streak in us will be stirred up. Let’s go at it with all our might, knowing that we are all winners, our ultimate prize being a flatter tummy.
The winner will receive the pedometer pictured below and the top 5 will get to receive a copy each of our yet to be published keto cook-book.
We are to lose at least 4 inches off our waistline.

- Join the group with a click on this link
- Find the related post on the group page and on the comments, put in your serial number (this is your registration number for this challenge). For instance if you meet #9, then you’ll be #10.
- Record beside your serial number, your waist measurement around the navel in inches and cm.
- Anyone caught cheating will be disqualified from the challenge.
- The winners will have to show before and after pictures.
- You are the winner if you have lost the highest number of inches from your waist.
- If there is a tie, the measurement in cm will be used.
Action to be taken daily throughout the challenge
- First thing every morning, on an empty stomach, drink a solution of 2 tablespoonfuls of Apple Cider Vinegar in 250 ml of water.
- Last thing at night before bed, a glass of drink cumin water. Cumin is said to speed up the metabolism thus leading to weight loss.
- Continue with the Weight Loss Mamas 5 SDAs (Scheduled Daily Actions).
- Do these set of exercises daily, preferably in the morning in a state of fasting.
- Record your waist measurement (still maintaining your registration serial number) every Thursday. ( Testimony Thursday)
- -Hold in Plank for 30 secs.
-Plank twists (20)
-Bicycle Crunches (30)
-Side Crunches (20 on each side)
-Knee to Elbow Planks (30)
-Hip Raises (As many as you can)
Repeat the whole workout 3 times for ideal results.

How to prepare cumin water
Put a teaspoonful of cumin powder in 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to boil. Then let it simmer for 5 mins, strain off and allow to cool. Drink a glass daily at bedtime.
The Weight Loss Mamas’ 5 SDAs
There are 5 things you need to do daily;
1. Intermittent Fasting – Eat all your meals between 12 noon and 7 PM. No food before 12 noon and after 7 PM but you can drink water and sugarless green tea.
2. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water a day.
4. Take 10 000 steps a day. Use a pedometer to count.
5. Visit the group page daily and participate in the Activity of the day. Try to make comments on posts and even put up a post that is related to the subject matter – weight loss. This will help maintain your focus and motivation.
