1. Drink lots and lots of water
Drinking lots and lots of water one of the best-kept secrets of weight loss. To lose 10 pounds, make up your mind to drink about 2 to 3 liters of water every single day.

The best bet is to take on a gym membership and actually hit the gym for daily exercises. Whereby you can afford it, get a personal fitness trainer or coach. If you really can’t afford a gym membership dear Mama, I know how it can be. You can still get in some daily exercises.
The most important thing is to keep moving to get your heart rate going higher which increases your rate of burning down calories.
One form of exercise that is quite effective is walking. I would encourage you to challenge yourself to take 10,000 steps every single day.

That’s right mama 10000, it’s easier than you think. 10000 steps is actually 2 hours 30 minutes of walking. When put this way, you are really putting it in perspective.
You can at least schedule yourself to walk around for two and a half hours every day. You’ll need to get a pedometer to count your steps. It can actually happen if you set aside the time to move around.
Remember that two-and-a-half-hours working is just five slots of 30 minutes work or 10 slots of 15 minutes walk. I usually wake up early in the morning take a playlist that goes on for 2 and a half hours then go on a walk while I enjoy music or listen to an audiobook.
That way, I end up killing two birds with one stone. I get in my exercises and at the same time some personal development.

5. Chew your food for a longer time
It has been proven by research that it takes a while for the brain to register satisfaction when you are eating.
This is the reason why we overeat most of the time. The worst is if we eat while watching the television. We are so distracted, just shoveling food in the mouth. Our goal being to clear food off the plates.
